These Terms govern your use of the FieldSet platform, operated by Baird Ventures Group, LLC, a Texas LLC. By using FieldSet, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
FieldSet is a SaaS operations platform for service-industry businesses that connects to tools you authorize (Jobber, QuickBooks, Google Ads, Apollo, and others) to provide unified dashboards and reporting. We do not provide legal, financial, or accounting advice.
2. Account & Acceptable Use
You must be 18+ with authority to bind your business. You are responsible for your account credentials. You agree not to reverse-engineer the Service, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, resell the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Subscription & Billing
Auto-Renewal Notice: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Billing is processed via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. To cancel, use account settings or email support@fieldset.live.
Free trials automatically convert to paid plans at trial end unless cancelled. We do not store your card number — Stripe handles all payment data.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Integrations are authorized by you and governed by their own terms. We are not liable for third-party service outages, data accuracy, or API changes affecting your dashboard.
5. Your Data & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your business data. We own all FieldSet code, design, and trademarks. We grant you a limited license to use the Service for your internal business operations.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THE ACCURACY OF DATA RETRIEVED FROM THIRD-PARTY APIS.
7. Limitation of Liability
BAIRD VENTURES GROUP, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 3 MONTHS OR $100 USD.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Austin, Texas. Class action lawsuits are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us. Governing law: State of Texas.
9. Termination & Changes
Either party may terminate. We will give 14 days' notice of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Your data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation, then deleted.
Baird Ventures Group, LLC (Texas LLC, d/b/a FieldSet) is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell your data.
1. What We Collect
Account: Name, email, company name, industry. Integration Data: With your authorization — job records, financial data, ad performance, CRM data. Used only to power your dashboard. Billing: Handled entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status only — not your card number. Usage: Pages visited, features used, session data — to improve the platform.
2. How We Use It
To deliver the Service, process payments, send account/billing notifications, respond to support, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it for advertising.
3. Who We Share With
Only: Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and third-party Integrations you explicitly connect.
4. Cookies & Security
We use one fieldset_uid HttpOnly cookie for authentication — no ad tracking cookies. Security: HTTPS/TLS, Row-Level Security, encrypted OAuth tokens, PCI compliance via Stripe.
5. Data Retention
Data retained while active + 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. Integration tokens deleted immediately on disconnect. Billing records kept 7 years per tax law.
6. Your Rights
Access, correct, delete, or export your data. California residents have additional CCPA rights. Email support@fieldset.live — we respond within 30 days.
